I've loved this bank for years, but this year they are ruining my Christmas and my first trip to Ireland. I called before leaving and set it up so that I could use it when traveling internationally. They lied. I called yesterday and told me I could use it in Ireland anywhere I could put in my pen. Guess what? That's no where. I was embarrassed today because u couldn't pay for my Christmas dinner. The guy I talked to yesterday said "they should be able to run it so you can put in a PIN. WRONG!!!!!
