Because the bank will only auto renew an IRA at the lowest interest rate, you must go into the bank to renew at best rate, so I called to see about doing that, but the only person that does new accounts was on vacation and would call us back upon their return. After there was no call and they were supposed to be back, we stopped in, they were busy, so we stopped back in a few days later, then they were out for the day & I was told that I must schedule an appointment (because no walk ins). Literally the worst bank ever. Deposit a check or have something direct Deposited and you won't be able to access the funds for days.
Went to cash a check from their bank, and they charged me $5.20 to cash it. It's their check!! And no one at that bank told me they would charge it. Worse bank ever. Will never bank with them.
