Not the best hours if this is your primary bank, but just glad to have a branch in Cincinnati since I moved up here. Everyone at this branch has always been incredibly helpful every time I've needed anything, whether it be over the phone or in-person.

They never answer the phone. Probably a sign that I should go somewhere else and not look here.
