While I want to recognize them for their small town feel and welcoming attitude, I need to point out that their mobile banking is so odd and a little difficult to use. Which is not so bad. What makes it even worse is that the workers there seem to shrug their shoulders and act dumbfounded if you call to ask how their mobile banking system works.
First State Bank is amazing here in Grand Forks. It has a small town feel, they know my name and make me feel welcome whether I stop in or go through the drive threw. Highly recommend them!
