UPDATE: Brenda from the Wilber branch reached out to me and also sent a check to my son for some of the fees they took out. I really appreciated this gesture and adjusted my review accordingly. Thank you Brenda. **** Horrible bank. They essentially stole my sons savings account by charging him astronomical fees on a minors savings account. He closed it today and received $13 from over a hundred he had in there. I called them on multiple occasions to ask why they were charging and they said they would correct. I don't write too many reviews. I was a little nervous when Saline State Bank was taken over by First Bank because I have always had my car insurance with them. However, I must say working with Jon Damkroger on my insurance is great. He is honest, he doesn't cut corners and takes time to talk and explain things to you. I recently got a new vehicle and he got everything switched over to my new vehicle smoothly without any headaches! Thank you Jon!
