We just opened an account at the bank. Brooklyn assisted is and she was EXCELLENT. Professional, great customer service and patient as our account was more complicated than most. Watching her colleagues work next to her and THEIR level of customer service makes me firmly believe that when we open our NEXT account, it will ONLY be with Brooklyn. Apparently, customer service needs to be taught on how to treat your coworkers too. Stick with Brooklyn - she is the BEST!

I would not suggest this bank to anybody that's in the military because if you're ever overseas they want you to sign that they're not responsible if somebody steals your card are your card number and not only that they won't replace the money because they made you sign a paper to use your card overseas they also want you to be responsible for the overdraft That the other person caused to you because they would rather help thieves out than be responsible because they made you sign the paper so that you can use your card over... read more
