Friendly and many I know from growing up in this community.
Terrible experience, no 24 hour customer service, only third party foreign fraud prevention. No way to call on the weekend for a limit increase, It’s like they’re holding my money hostage with no way to spend it until they see fit. Will be closing my bank account with them Monday morning.

I like the "smalltown" feel of FSBATH. They seem to acquire a feel for your personal spending and should it vary from the norm they are quick to call it to your attention. I enjoy the feeling that I have some one watching out for me. As a senior citizen on a fixed income, I truly appreciate that care.
