I rented through this company for roughly three and a half years. I moved in because at the time I needed affordable rent. I stayed because my building was quiet and I liked my neighbors. What I did not like was the lack of response (if any) that I got regarding maintenance and service requests. I was left without AC for a week during AZ Summer, Ledt without a working refrigerator for a long holiday weekend and then a couple of days.
