From a patient's point of view: Absolutely awful communication. Doesn't return phone calls or emails. Very poor on bringing out supplies and making sure that the patient has proper supplies for care. Patient has to purchase own supplies because they are so bad at it. Do not recommend at all.
I had the pleasure of working closely with Nelly to set up PT, OT, and speech therapy for our clients, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I have worked with First Smile on countless shared clients and every time they have been incredible to work with. They are very professional, kind, and have great nurses/therapist with different demeanors and expertise. There are a ton of options with home health companies and I highly recommend First Smile.
I do not have a relative at this facility and we're over a week now they have been calling me about a patient named Nancy hello. I have no relatives there
