The administrative staff at this company are unprofessional and disorganized. The organization as a whole definitely needs improvement in both communication and professionalism. I would never work with them or consider being under their care… 0/10.
From a patient's point of view: Absolutely awful communication. Doesn't return phone calls or emails. Very poor on bringing out supplies and making sure that the patient has proper supplies for care. Patient has to purchase own supplies because they are so bad at it. Do not recommend at all.
