I came in to shadow at this dental office as a prospective dental assistant and unfortunately did not have a positive experience. As someone new to the clinical setting, I was not given expectations ahead of time regarding attire or shadowing protocol, and I was corrected in a very sharp tone by Vien Nguyen when I arrived and shortly after she told me “ I couldn’t be standing around,” but I was not given guidance on where to stand or how to participate as a first-time observer. As a first time new patient everyone was very friendly. I felt very welcomed the entire time. Setting up an appointment online was super easy!
The staff is so amazing especially Angel and Charles they went above and beyond . My first time as a patient here was phenomenal I will definitely recommend this dental clinic to family and friends
