Be careful for the renting apartments at the First Site. They will refund you the deposit just 45% only by providing you cleaning charges, carpet clean charge and apartment painting. I had the picture if anyone want's to see that how carpet is cleaned by us before moving. The apartment given is of C class with broken heater,dirty bathroom. They deduct hefty cleaning charges so that they can renovate the apartment from our deposit.
