Eye doctor for Homeless people on Welfare that use IEHP & Medi-Cal for payment. I gave it a four because that is what it is.
Dr. Swanson is the best eye doctor I’ve ever had; very knowledgeable and helpful. He takes great care of his patients and doesn’t rush them out the door, he really pays attention to what is being said to him. The ladies are also very sweet and kind and always make me feel very comfortable. Highly recommended.
Homeless people on welfare that use IEHP & Medi-Cal for their glasses belong here. If you have any money at all do not see this optometrist. We really liked the old optometrist but this guy doesn't understand his job. Staff was rude to me and my child one visit. Then staff was rude with me again another time. They gave me somebody else's glasses and kept insisting that those were the glasses that I had ordered when obviously I think and no they are not.
