Went in for an eye exam. Doctor gave me contact lenses which were the wrong perception my eyes hurt and had headaches .I demanded a refund a got it .Never again will i go there .Horrible horrible
Odd experience. I tried calling them to make an appointment and the line was always busy. So, I went in person to make an appointment. It was very empty inside. I do not see this location on a regular basis, but I had to come here as my eyes were sore. I was on vacation visiting my parents and was far away from my real home. My eyes were hurting so I had to come to this location to get my eyes checked. I thought the contacts I was wearing were damaging my eyes. The lady at the front was not very welcoming. Truly Grateful for the services that these folks provide. Don't really care for the Customer service from the staff, but the Providers are very Professional. If it wasn't for them through GOD, my oldest daughter might Not be here today To Fight Brain Cancer! I'm So Thankful!
