Arlene and the team have been absolutely great. You get help on the same day, and they are always responsive.
Dr. Strong is awesome! She and her staff were professional and kind, and they seem to be up on all the new diagnostic options. I gave 3 stars only because of one HUUUUUGE glaring unpleasant “I’m too busy to help you… will get to it when I’m done” Mike eye frames salesman. Nobody in the waiting room, nobody else looking at frames and I was there to drop a substantial amount on 2-3 pairs of glasses after previously arranging that I would do so on this day with another person in their optical department (she was nice).
