The pt was very helpful with exercises that addressed my core strength issues. With continuing use of recommended exercises I was able to cancel a scheduled epidural injection to relieve pain and numbness. Thank you First Settlement.

My treatment at First Settlement has been exceptional. Every staff person I’ve interacted with has been professional, personable, and knowledgeable, and has contributed to the care I need to improve neck and back pain I’ve had for years. Physical therapy works (don’t be afraid of dry needling!), and I wouldn’t hesitate to choose them again. Many thanks to Cassidy, Carla, and Jamie for making PT successful (and even fun!)!
