Cassidy, Carla, Ben and the others were fantastic! I’ve had PT for a variety of injuries and surgeries, and this was the most effective PT experience I’ve ever had. If/when I ever need PT again, I will be back at First Settlement for sure.
At my first PT session I cried from pain and not being able to do what they wanted me to do. Over the next several weeks everything got better and better. Both Cassie and Carla really listened to me and gave me confidence to push just enough. I’m pleased with my progress and credit them for helping me.
Highly recommend this clinic! These ladies are amazing!
Both Carla and Cassidy are wonderful therapists and work with you until you've reached completion. If you don't like a particular exercise they'll change something about it to make it something you don't mind doing so much...but you still do because it helps your progress. Both their personalities make every visit something "fun" rather than a drudgery. And Jamie, the receptionist, is very welcoming when you walk in the door. This is a good place to go for good physical therapy.
The staff is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful. And they make it a fun experience. It doesn 't seem like work. And they helped tremendously
