Great service! – I've used these guys both on a personal and a business level. They have never failed to surpass expectations. I'm highly pleased with all aspects of the service I've received.

Know their stuff – We have used First Service for almost 10 years in our agency. They work with mostly bigger companies than our group but still give us great attention and fix the problems we tell them about. The server they put in about 4 years ago still works fine. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for because their guys know what they are doing.

Quite pleased – Had warranty work done on a laptop which the manufacturer was very unhelpful with. Other locations in Raleigh were indifferent to my situation. These guys took care of my problem within 24 hours. I'll be happy to do business with them in the future.

Great service! – We have used this service since 2001. They have never failed to be efficient, cost saving, informative, courteous, patient, and timely. They have been excellent in teaching how to handle our network effectively. The costs we have incurred are well within the industry norm for the high quality of service we have received. Were we to be disappointed in something (which we have never been), it would have to be because we did not follow their advice!

DO NOT USE FIRST SERVICE!!! Terrible customer service and workmanship. – We used First Service to set up the computers on our property - and spent over $12,000.00 to do so. We spent hours of our time fixing the problems that arose from the installs and received little to no customer service as a result. I can't stress enough how disappointed I am with this company. Awful customer service and sloppy work. Do NOT use First Service.
