I contacted this company to schedule a WDI inspection on behalf of a client, and the experience was extremely unprofessional. The receptionist was rude and abruptly told us to remove them from some “random list” without explanation. If this is how they conduct business, I would not recommend this company especially for services involving veterans or clients who deserve basic respect.
EDIT: Dominic rescheduled and made accommodations in order to service my unit. Specially. He was sincere and apologized for all misunderstandings. He also was quick to ask my pronouns and was always mindful and respectful. He even brought another recent hire to Shadow who was incredibly polite and friendly. Dominic was also mindful of my home space and the ways he moved through it. I would recommend his services to anyone facing pests or insects inside their home.
