Waited til after a few sessions to mention I'd racked up a $400-plus copay bill then refused to refill my meds til I paid it. Then said I could enter a payment plan of 100 bucks a week. Cause that's how money works in fantasyland I guess. Then I was accused of making threats and trying to intimidate them because I pointed this out. Between that and the pompous, condescending office manager and his pissy emails and voicemails I'd avoid these guys. Money first, just like the rest of them.
Whitney is my go to and I truly appreciate her patience, genuine and supportive care, professionalism and kindness. I truly feel supported in every way and I am truly grateful I found her. She is a gem for sure.
