BEWARE! I received directions from Staff of which unit to use. I Still have these original documents and directions on my phone. Payments were made on time but upon returned months later, my belongings were gone and someone else's belongings were in the unit. I know this only because the original combination to lock still opens this unit. They tried to tell me that my belongings were in a different unit, and when opened, it was empty. Talking to staff was a nightmare. They placed me on hold as they would "talk to management"... read more
