Managers are easy to work with and helpful. Facility is clean and well maintained.
A very affordable storage unit and it’s just a little bit away from Blacksburg As they are in Christiansburg. I’m very happy with the response And didn’t have to worry about them charging me another month when I moved my kid out this past weekend.
HEADS UP! The storage gets infested with spiders.
First storage place I tried in Blacksburg, the receptionist was very helpful and fast. We loved the space of the storage as well, very big, clean and safe. Highly recommended!
This is a first rate storage facility. We had a climate controlled unit over the winter 2025-26 with the extreme cold weather and our stuff endured that well. Chrystal was extremely accommodating in assigning a bigger unit when we found out first choice couldn’t hold what we had envisaged. Over the 7 months we had the unit we always had easy access to our unit. The place is well kept and clean. We recommend first storage.
