This is a first rate storage facility. We had a climate controlled unit over the winter 2025-26 with the extreme cold weather and our stuff endured that well. Chrystal was extremely accommodating in assigning a bigger unit when we found out first choice couldn’t hold what we had envisaged. Over the 7 months we had the unit we always had easy access to our unit. The place is well kept and clean. We recommend first storage.
First Security Self Storage Christiansburg is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! Lauren and coworkers have been extremely understanding and helpful. The facilities are extremely nice, safe and up to date. I would recommend First Security Storage to everyone and anyone! If you are looking for a storage unit get one here!
My husband and I have had a unit here for almost two years, and we have had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff is truly what sets this place apart, Lauren in particular is exceptional. She is friendly, professional, and consistently goes above and beyond to answer questions and make everything simple and stress-free.
