I rent a climate controlled unit from November 2023 to now. The staff at FSSS are excellent people. Very easy to work with. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a trustworthy secure rental space.

Very courteous and helpful assistance from Matt whenever I called. The storage complex was kept clean and always felt safe.
Very transparent staff from rental to move out! Our climate controlled unit stayed in good shape, they were quick to call with any concerns/lock issues. Autopay was convenient and the facility felt very safe/secure.
