First Security Bank has been wonderful since we moved to Helena three years ago. Any issue I've had, from making a mistake in my register to fraud on my debit card, I've been assisted immediately and the issue was resolved quickly. I highly recommend this bank. Most of my transactions are done via the drive-thru after work but the ladies there always remember me and are so friendly and patient.
First Security has been excellent bank for me. I'm a small businessman in Helena.There loan rates are extremely aggressive,and have many different types. They are willing to adjust (rewrite the loan) them to to fit your abilities. They have listen to my needs and have come through for me time after time. Paul, Amy, Josh, Phil, and Steve will and can make things happen... But like any banks lease days you need to have all of your ducks in a row, and show that you can pay any loan back.
