Great friendly service
I would give a zero if I could. I won’t name specific names, but I would recommend NO ONE to go through a mortgage process with this bank. If you start it and find something better that works for your family financially, they will take it personally and hold your information back from your new lender which in return slows down the process. 5 days we had to play cat and mouse with them trying to get an appraisal released while being 100% cooperative the entire time and willing to pay the fees.
