I would give a zero if I could. I won’t name specific names, but I would recommend NO ONE to go through a mortgage process with this bank. If you start it and find something better that works for your family financially, they will take it personally and hold your information back from your new lender which in return slows down the process. 5 days we had to play cat and mouse with them trying to get an appraisal released while being 100% cooperative the entire time and willing to pay the fees. Spent a total of 4 hours on the phone back and fourth trying to figure out how to make our first mortgage payment and they said we didn’t owe them anything and our account was close and to call the company they sold our mortgage to. No one knew what was going on. A week later they called back and said they messed up. Very bad communication and organization going on in there.
Very good customer service.
