Day 1 you think the team is great, helpful, kind, etc. I’m now 45 day post sale and this has been the worst, sloppiest team I’ve ever worked with. My guess is they are overwhelmed and overworked but you are basically handed off to a half wit assistant (in my case a Carmin Newman) who could literally not read and struggled to get anything correct.
