Day 1 you think the team is great, helpful, kind, etc. I’m now 45 day post sale and this has been the worst, sloppiest team I’ve ever worked with. My guess is they are overwhelmed and overworked but you are basically handed off to a half wit assistant (in my case a Carmin Newman) who could literally not read and struggled to get anything correct. He answered all of my large and small questions with layman terms and really made the whole process of financing a new home a joy. 100% recommended for anyone who doesn't want to feel like just a number.
Hillary LeGrain is top notch. She is knowledgeable, helpful, patient and responsive. She was with us through the mortgage process and was able to turn things around immediately which is key in such a competitive market.
