They add fees to your account I never agreed to and they legally cannot charge without consent. They also provide false account information online, by phone, and in person. Customer service is rude, actively mocking and belittling, escalatory, unprofessional, on top of unhelpful. Unprofessional and unfriendly to both individuals and small businesses. Since they switched to First Merchants, this bank has been a nightmare. They never answer the phone and just let it get routed to the call center. And when the call center is unable to get through to this branch, they just tell me to call until someone answers or physically go to the branch. I go to the branch and there are ZERO customers and the tellers are just sitting there. I will be switching banks. This is unacceptable.
