I went to the bank to close an account, that my disabled family member ( i am her payee) that should have never opened earlier this month. I did carefully explain the situation and thought they would just close the account but i was wrong. The Assistant Vice President had to make sure she charged 25.00 to a woman with little money on disability. This Asst. Vice President banks motto, (maybe) profits over people.
The Court avenue branch, I don’t know why I go there at all. The manager is dry and a liberal and will let you know it. Not nice at all. Always new tellers that are not nice either, I’m done walking in this branch. I’ll use the atm out side. But I’m done far as to walk inside. I’m thinking maybe I should move my money to another bank. Banking use to be a pleasant experience but not so at the court Ave branch.
Fix the "new" app. It's worse than the old one. Tried calling this bank and the customer service line but was left on hold for 20min. I want to close my account since I can't even use it.
