Trying to help my 85 year old mom at teller. Who was struggling. Teller are you on account? No, then I am talking with your mom. I have never been treated like this in years. Sad for tellers to treat family of older ones like this. It’s hard enough helping elderly ones on a daily basis.
I have HUE(first savings) Credit card. When I saw the monthly statement, I found out that someone else used my credit card, and they used. I immediately claimed to the bank, but the bank did not reimburse to me. So now I have to pay all the things.This bank does not care about their customer. I am really angry now, but I could not do anything.
