I hate this awful bank, I let them know through the app that I would be in Italy so they wouldn't shut off my card, they shut off my card. I try to sign up for a credit card three times, they shut off my card every single time. I try to pay for an air BNB, they shut off my card. Try to do a pre authorization for an appointment, declined. This bank is so secure that even you can't spend your money. Do not bank here.
I recently paid off a loan of over $1M with this bank and have since moved my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from the start. While the branch manager was professional and did her best to help, the overall process felt disorganized and often unfair.
