I have payed a 45% deposit on my roof and the have takeoff with my money!!!! They will not return my calls, text messages and have blocked my emails. Nasser was great right up until he got my money theme it was excuse after excuses why he couldn’t start on time. Now he has completely ghosted me. Terrible company DO NOT use them!!!!!!

Nas immediately responded to my request for an estimate which was competitive against other estimates I received. Nas was able to schedule our roof replacement almost right away and it was fully completed within the week with no surprises or costs above out quote. Nas is very personable and easy to deal with and I would recommend First Row Solutions to anyone looking to have their roof fixed or replaced.
