I cannot say THANK YOU enough to First Restoration Services! We had an indoor flood destroy our Fletcher NC basement. My neighbor recommended FRS after working with them previously so I gave them a call. They put my mind at ease, calmly talking me through water mitigation steps to take before they arrived and ensuring that everyone in the home was safe. First Restoration Services did a wonderful job restoring our home after an electrical fire. It felt like they really cared about our safety and well-being, from the first call to when they handed the keys back over. They were always responsive and worked closely with my insurance adjuster to ensure my claim was covered. My husband was very impressed with their craftsmanship in putting our house back together. We recommend FRS to all of our friends and neighbors!

This is to describe First Restoration's having done a poor job of replacing our wood floor. But first, it's important to point out that they were wonderful in their response to flooding in our condo building, in terms of the quality of their very fast cleanup response and their kindness and concern. The problem was in their repair/ replacement phase. Be warned. Unethical, untruthful and unresponsive. Agreed to restore a water damaged room in our home in ********, NC; stated repeatedly that they would coordinate with the insurance adjuster to agree on a price; did absolutely nothing for three months except to reassure us that they were working on it; and then, without ever talking to the adjuster, sent an email three months later saying they could not do the work because the insurance company quote was too low; we asked them to please talk to the insurance adjuster, while... read more

Great company based in Asheville, NC. They arrived at my house within 45 minutes of calling them with equipment and ready to work. They worked with my insurance company for payment. The technicians were nice, courteous and communicated well. Their repairs department took care of putting my house back together, I can't say enough how great this company is.
