First, I would say the doctors were very professional. However, they need to implement a more professional environment. The receptionist is very nasty. She has a thick accent and is not warm at all. See acts as if she has a hearing problem because you have to repeat everything twice. She also misled me telling me to walk to the back without signing in. Only to find out I did need to sign in.
