I couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with during a stressful time. When I had water damage from an overflowing toilet, they were so responsive and quick. They walked me through the entire process, checked in daily, helped with the insurance claim and have been great to communicate with after. They even had great resources to refer for the repairs. Anthony rocks!!

We had water damage from the condo unit above us. I called someone off an internet search and they said “you need Jeff.” Jeff came within an hour of the call and started the mitigation process. He was professional and knowledgeable, it was a real comfort during this difficult time. He was so reliable and communicative. He individualized the plan and worked to save more of my California Closest system. I have been spreading the word about this great experience!

We were entirely satisfied with First Response Restoration. We had a broken pipe that did a good deal of damage in our basement, and Jeff answered our call and was there within a hour or so. He got right to work cleaning up the water and assessing which walls and ceilings would need to be opened. He was very professional, responsive, thorough, and left the place clean and organized.
