Let’s just start off by saying I would choose this company again and will recommend them in the future. I called on a Saturday Brad came out hisself and worked with us and our insurance adjuster also meet our adjuster here the day she was coming. Came home from out of town and had a basement full of water. Trammell came out and got me set up and now my basement is dry

Can’t say enough about Daniel. My sump pump backed up and had over 3 or 4 inches of water from wall to wall in my basement. Called FRR and they were here within 20 minutes. Found the problem and started the restoration right away. with their fast response and cleanup, they saved my drywall, furniture and my golden tee machine. We had a house fire in September and chose first response restoration at the recommendation of our adjuster. Our contractor, Ken L. couldn't have made things easier. He was always available. Always met his deadlines. He found burnt wires that the inspectors missed. Recommended ways to save our daughters artwork. Even replied a late night butt dial. Highly recommend. Very professional
