Let me tell you how First Response plumbing can improve! First, by showing up!! We contacted them and they scheduled an appointment between 3-4PM. Around 3:45P we contacted them and John advised us that his guy was running a little bit late so when 4:30P came around and no plumber arrived, I called them back and he didn’t answer the phone anymore. Absolutely horrid experience. Not only did John Carpenter do a disgusting job everything that he did had to be redone. Most recently has to break through the floor and slab to solder pipes that hadn’t been soldered properly. Crazy....STAY AWAY!!!!!
I had just moved into my new house and my tankless hot water heater went out on a Saturday. The First Response guys went down to Ft. Lauderdale to get the new tankless heater and had it installed in only a few hours! I had a house full of guests and no hot water. I was beyond thankful for their professional and fast work! Thank you First Response!!
