Did the semi annual heating/cooling check, very thorough in the inspection, found a screw was missing in the AC disconnect box (fire hazard) in the garage. This condition has existed for 17 years since the house was built with 1 to 2 service checks each year and Matt found it. A/C unit was not cooling, Matt knew it was a capacitor right away and and pulled 1 out of his van, installed it, and ran the A/C unit for a while to ensure it was working properly. Was able to have them come out almost immediately. We given a 4 hour window and he showed up within the first hour. Very friendly very professional and most of all “human” in the sense that he talked to me like a person and explained things to me as to what was happening and how to fix it. He was very thorough and did not cut corners. I felt confident and comfortable with his presence and his feedback. We've been loyal customer's of First Response Heating & Cooling since 2018...and have NEVER been disappointed with their service. They offer great service. The techs are friendly and super knowledgeable. It's been our experience that this is a company that can be trusted, one you can depend on.
