Very prompt and efficient. A reliable technician came out in a timely manner. The problem was diagnosed and quickly resolved.
Last Saturday our air conditioner started making some terrible noises. I called First Response expecting to be able to get a technician out on Monday. Within two hours a technician was at our front door and did a phenomenal job of getting us back running. First Response always has excellent service and their technicians are extremely capable and helpful.
The men were efficient, fast and spotless .
Had routine Spring Check which is included in my system maintenance plan. Technician was polite, personable and informative. The system checked out with no issues and the filter was changed. 😊
