The technician, Rob showed up on time, introduced himself, and discussed the service I wanted. Rob was very professional, knowledgeable and explained available maintenance plans the company offered. No pressure . Did not try to up-sell any unnecessary parts. I highly recommend First Response. Their prices are very reasonable as well as the offered maintenance plans.
