I had issues with my HVAC system not cooling properly. Technician Rob did a thorough examination and found multiple issues that lead to needing a new system (Rob did a great job explaining all of the issues). His supervisor Dan was very prompt to show up to the house, double-check what Rob was seeing, and provide me with my best options for replacement. Both Rob and Dan were very nice. The technician (Kevin) serviced our AC systems and replaced all our air filters. Kevin has many years of experience and seemed to be quite knowledgeable. He was very thorough, very pleasant and helpful. He made small adjustments and answered all my questions. I look forward to my AC working even better. Hats off to First Response - they do a nice job.
