This is a review for the contents dept at Bluesky since our home is still under repair. After our fire in Nov 2024, we had to have our entire contents packed, cleaned and stored. When we needed something that was stored they were quick to respond and delivered items we requested promptly. Contents team was super respectful and treated us so kindly during the whole process. Our entire basement recently flooded following a hard rainfall and failed sump pump. We had 2-3” of standing water, including an area with indoor/outdoor type carpet. We were convinced that the carpet would need to be replaced, until BluSky Restoration got involved. They pumped out all of the standing water, got everything up off of the floor, and set up dehumidifiers and fans to complete the dry out. No need to replace the carpet! From the minute BluSky was contacted about our home fire, the staff contents crew was beloved by us. They gave us sparks of hope in what appeared to be a total loss. Thorough, kind and superbly organized they helped and guided us through the worst crisis of our lives. We are eternally grateful. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a guiding hand. They are trustworthy to a fault. They never once gave us a reason to worry.

My thanks to all who originally responded to my water leaks and for their quick response on a Sunday ( I was in Yuma, AZ) and the mitigation work they did to get the water and moisture under control from what turned out to be seven leaks in my water lines. A big shout out to the next crews that came in and started and finished the restoration of the entire downstairs of my house.
