Great organization helping first responders with the mental strains that come with the job. After years of calls and personal life that build up mental trauma, FROC leans into each person to help each other with the guidance of counselors and group settings to process and encourage learning healthy habits to manage stress. The program has help me be more present with my wife and children. Glad I reached out to them when I did.

As a relatively new patient, (Give or take a couple months), I am extremely optimistic and happy with the treatment I have received so far. The entire staff Has been extremely helpful Guiding me through these tough times.

First responders of California provides compassionate first responder mental health support in Orange County. I can’t thank enough for the support they provide to first responders. The staff truly understands the stress we face, and their counseling sessions have made a huge difference in my mental health. Highly recommend for any firefighter, police officer, or EMT in Orange County!
