They should investigate what their employees are doing at City View Commons 1 and 2 in Springfield. The management is poor, awful, horrible. I don't even know how to describe the poor job they do. They change the manager and things go from bad to worse. The employees don't work; I really don't even know why they're in that office. They don't care about the tenants' well-being. I've been a tenant with first resource for over 13 yrs .they treat you like family and if you have any issues with whatever the case may be they are there to help, when I need a maintenance routine done .they don't have me wait long.they take care of it right away..I would recommend this management company to anyone.
They've let their Springfield properties turn into a nightmare landscape. It's ignorant people blasting music and drinking and drugging at all hours.
