First Republic couldn't be more of a joke. So, I am inclined to share our strange experience. I'm a strong borrower.I've never worked with such a clueless bank and have never been declined. I'm an A/A+ tier credit with low personal debt and a high-income earner. Of course, this isn't a guarantee, and we understand that, but theirunderwriter, along with Mike and Kirk, knew that we keep most of our funds in business accounts and then turned around and stated this is out of theirnormal scope and typically a decline reason.
