The branch staff are always courteous and more important efficient in serving me and my family for our banking needs, personal and business.
One morning I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment while walking my dog. I also didn’t have my phone. I walked into First Republic unsure if they would be willing to help me or even let me inside with a dog (it was freezing outside). Not only did they give me a comfy seat inside, they had dog treats for the pup, and the security guard was so nice and let me use his cell phone to make multiple phone calls. Going to this branch is like attending a party. What sets this bank apart from others is the respect and courteous attitude from the staff.
