This is a review for Kathryn Shen. An exceptionally incompetent, clueless, and unprofessional employee! I find it deplorable that someone who lacks basic abilities and skills required to be a bank employee would be hired at any bank, let alone the First Republic, a bank that prides itself on excellent customer service!
