I’m not a member of the bank, but I needed help with a banking situation and Diana was extremely patient, very knowledgeable, very detail-oriented, and she answered all the questions I needed to get it figured out. Diana’s time support is appreciated tremendously!
The human touch component of their customer service is top-notch, second to none. Terrific people. The back-end, IT-driven component of their operations is consistently problematic. ATMs that don't work. Credit card blocks without informing you (fraud holds), website issues and site going down or constant maintenance delays, glitches, etc. I'm surprised it happens as often as it does. It undermines their otherwise great work.
