I had the pleasure of working with Brian Lee at First Republic Bank, 44 Montgomery, and I'm extremely impressed. He's incredibly responsive, always available to assist regardless of the time. His attention to detail and prompt assistance made banking a breeze. I hope the merger retains professionals like him. If not, I'd consider switching Banks, but I'd much prefer to continue with Brian. Highly recommended for exceptional & outstanding service.
I didn’t like how Cristina treated me, like a scammer. Calling the company and verifying, it took so long. I come to this bank every 2 weeks, never had issues before. All the guys were polite but not her.
