Corruption, Harassment, Defamation I lived for eleven years at a building that was managed by this company in Providence RI named Beneficent House. I was President of the Residents Association and had to work with the management on several areas of concern. There was an elderly woman living on the ninth floor of the building who had an infestation of bees in her rental unit. She had gone to management who ignored he plea for help. Terrible experience trying to work with a realtor associated with this institution. This person was totally unresponsive even though we had agreed to the terms of a full priced offer and had no financial contingencies. Very unprofessional. We had actually avoided bidding on another home as we were led to believe this was moving forward. We even had scheduled a home inspection which we had to cancel. I am just thankful this happened before we handed over a full deposit.
