I have worked with many HOA management companies over the years and FREM is by far the best in the area. They are very professional and timely. I recommend them constantly to other HOA's and I am always thanked! Once FREM starting managing our community, the issues slowly went away and the homeowners are happy! Go FREM!
If I could give them zero i would...if you are buying a home managed by this organization, retain an attorney, you will need one....how do you not know if trash collection is county or contractual, how do you raise fees by 33% in less than one year of management....I could go on...and when the lawn care people kept damaging my siding...the Rep Jamie Emche...stated I should install a barrier of sorts......HUH...i just built a new house, and instead of addressing concerns, she always...or most always got such an unprofessional... read more
