As a property manager myself, it's easy to see that First Rate is a company to model after. The owners, management and staff truly have a passion for the industry that is felt in everything they do. They have been in business for many years and have their systems down to a "T". It's so great to work with a company that has so much care of their clients. Highly recommend!
I came here to write a positive review and I am honestly surprised by so many negative ones. I completely disagree with them. Any time I have been in the office and witnessed other tenants yelling at the property managers, the employees have been nothing but kind and helpful. And it is usually the tenants fault they have an issue because the didn’t read their lease or pay their rent on time. I lived in my apartment from 2008 to 2026. I never damaged a single thing. When First Rate Property Management took over about three years ago (after my original landlord passed away), it became a nightmare. When I moved out, they tried to scam me out of over $2,000 for standard wear and tear. I wasn’t being charged for damage—they were simply trying to steal my money.
