Good luck! Whatever you imagine an "evil landlord" to be, that is FRPM. Save yourself the pain, find anybody else to rent from. They wont maintain anything, they'll double your rent and give you less than 30-days notice, you'll try to leave because you cant afford it, then they'll keep your deposit for "repairs", and charge you extra. Then you'll watch them renovate the now-empty building with all of the money you gave them. If you want to contact them, they'll never answer or call back.
