I brought my car to First Rate after my check engine light turned on. The team was extremely knowledgeable and efficient, took the time to explain what needed to be done, and provided transparent estimates. I highly recommend First Rate to anyone looking for reliable and quality service!
I had to take my car in last month due to the battery having corrosion and the terminals needing to be replaced. Yaqub (sorry this is so late, don't hate me ) was fantastic to work with. He was able to get me a better deal on the battery, and also was knowledgeable but didn't pressure me into anything extra. Was able to drop the car off in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon. Will definitely be going back in the future!
