The bad review is six year old. And this person no longer lives on the property. Besides the complaint was unfair. If we were doing such a bad job they would have gotten rid of us a long time ago. We have been maintaining the property for 7 year, and we are still there. This is just unfair and unjust to my company. Think Twice before calling First Rate – We live in Trailwood Heights near NCSU. We have lived here for about 2 years now and are still waiting for a decent lawn. We pay about $30,000.00 a year for 12 condo buildings. This company does a very poor job with lawn care. There is nothing but weeds and visible dirt at my unit. Even though they aerate and seed every year, it makes no difference. At our HOA meeting we will try and look for a different company. Take your business elsewhere.
