Called on Sunday with a furnace problem. They got back quick and mobilized Joe. In the meantime, a friend solved our problem so we cancelled on Joe at the last minute and they were very understanding!
They showed up on time and replaced my furnace with an American Standard unit for a reasonable price.
Had a great experience with First Rate. they were very responsive and were able to identify and fix my AC issue quickly. Highly recommend. thanks.
