I was recommended First Rate Financial by my real estate agent and had high hopes—but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. From the start, they had a used car salesman vibe, talking a big game but failing to deliver. They refused to provide even a rough interest rate estimate without running a hard credit check despite my 780+ credit score.
